I agree wholeheartedly with Jim Mouw:  Surely there's room in the already
well-established serials journals for articles concerning serials and
reference services -- it may take a bit of education before >all<
reference librarians become as familiar with them as they are with
traditional reference/public service journals, but let's not start yet
more journals.
