Subject: Standard for retrospective conversion original cataloging

Hi all:

I need to come up with a new, internal, serials retrospective conversion
original cataloging standard. It's to fall somewhere in between the most
minimal records on OCLC and full-level cataloging. The reason I need it
now is because I have a new retrospective conversion original cataloger
coming on board April 1st. The new standard needs to be documented and
tested by that time.

Rather than re-invent the wheel, I thought I would call on the collective
wisdom of SERIALST for help!

Is there anyone out there who already has similar documentation in use?
Would you be willing to share it?
