At UMass/Amherst, we've developed an MS-Access database to manage our
electronic resources. We designed it primarily as a staff working tool,
to provide information to staff about what users are permitted to do, any
username/password information, and more. We have been maintaining Excel
spreadsheets to impart some of this information, as well as paper
resources, but staff members tend to rely heavily on me to provide
information (and I'm not here 24/7). I would be glad to provide you with
more details.

I would be very interested to know more about the functionalities of your
system as well as technical information (who developed it, what is the
paltform, programming language, and interface with you local library
system).
Thanks.
