This seems to apply: from the CONSER Cataloging Manual, Module 16.2.2. I'm
afraid that you do have a title change, since the 245 of your record was
Bulletin of the American Society for Information Science, and the body name has
changed. Typography doesn't matter much when there is a grammatical connection
between title and body!
[One of the criteria for determining a title change]
6. The name of an issuing body included in the title changes its name causing a
change in the title.
