Just out of curiosity: When people are rating Ebsco "4" or "4+", is that
on a scale of 1-10? 1-5? 1-4? And does a higher number mean a better
score?

We have been with EBSCO for over 20 years. I rate them at 4+. We get
an
annual invoice in October for all titles and only those with renewal
dates
after Feb. may have supplemental invoices if the price changed. EBSCO
will
allowed renewals of 15mos. or 10mos. so we could get as many as possible
to
renew in January for each year.
