Our present vendor is W. T. Ccx, and I would rate them a zero. They
fail to renew some subscriptions (though they didn't fail to bill us for
them), fail to respond to reports of lapsed service, and are impossible
to
contact by E-mail.
Our former (and future) vendor was EBSCO, and I would rate their
performance a 4.
Their one drawback was a plethora of supplemental invoices during the
fiscal year which
nickle-and-dimed us to death (the reason the former director ordered the
change to Cox,
which promises a single annual invoice); but I have been assured by an
EBSCO official
that they also can set up an account for a single annual billing.
