Becky -- Because both records are currently locked, my guess is that a
CONSER library is currently doing record maintenance (closing out earlier
title and fully cataloging new title).  I would wait a few days to see
what happens to the record.  Based on new ISSN assignment, it does appear
to be a title change, but I don't have pieces in hand.  Hope this helps.

Becky and all:

The NSDP prepub record should have had the 780 link on it but we were not
given that information by the publisher at the time of the ISSN prepub
application.  NSPD will update the record on OCLC from the prepub status
and add the 780 link.  This is, indeed, a continuation of Sloan Management
Review,
