We recently acquired the Arts and Sciences portion of JSTOR and are very
happy for the most part with it.  However, we have experienced a major
problem with printing.  JSTOR requires downloading the PDF files then
printing them.  These takes a very long time here.  We are wondering
whether other institutions are having similar problems and if so, what
possible  solutions you can offer.
