Dear Serialsts,

I received information in September that v.51 (1999) of this title had
been published and since we had not received it, I sent in a claim.  The
publisher replied January 2, 2001 that v.51 had not yet been published.
This week I received issue 1/2 of v.52 (2000).  Have any libraries out
there received v.51 of the International Philosophical Bibliography?  I'm
thinking the publisher may have replied regarding the wrong volume, or was
this truly published out of order?  Thank you for any information.
