Subject: CONSER Annual report

Dear Colleagues,

I'm pleased to announce that the Annual report of the CONSER Program
for 1999/2000 is now available on the CONSER Web site at:
http://lcweb.loc.gov/acq/conser/annualreport2000.html.  As usual, the
report highlights the program's accomplishments during the past year
and includes reports from many of the individual CONSER institutions.
It provides an excellent picture of the challenging world of serials
that we are now living in and the many competing interests!  Thanks to
Les Hawkins, Acting CONSER Specialist, for preparing the report and
making it available and to all of the CONSER representatives for their
contributions.
