Subject: International Educator  Question re:volume 9:no.1

Hello everyone:

I have a question regarding the journal, International
Educator.  I have just received two back issues that were
claimed through EBSCO, our subscription agency.  Along with
the issues was a note from the publisher stating that due
to a systems error, our subscription was not entered.  Also
in this note the publisher stated, "Please note that Volume
VIII, :no.4 is a combined issue with Volume IX:no.1."  I
have looked on the inside and outside of this issue and
there is nothing stating this!  The outside cover has only
v.VIII:no.4 (fall 1999/winter 2000).

  Does any one have any suggestions on how to handle this
as far as the receipt information in our public catalog
and binding goes? Is there any other library that
subscribes to this title?  Thanks in advance for your help!
