So far, we have received this title for Fall 1999 and Fall 2000, so it
looks like it may be coming out annually. I have not seen a volume/issue
number either. I believe we got the first issue with our Forbes
subscription. We also have a subscription to Advertising Age.
We checked in the Fall 2000 issue on the same day as we received the
October 9th issue of Advertising Age, so it looks like our Fall 2000 issue
came with AA. So far, we have not received a duplicate, so I don't know if
we will get a second copy with our subscription to Forbes.
We have cataloged this separately and will keep indefinitely.
