Hi Serialisters

    This is just an FYI. While pulling for binding preparation I noticed
a 2nd discrepency in the numbering of V.245 (2000). Along with # 5 being
missed, No. 8 has an error with its numbering.  August 21st and August
28th issues are both called
No.8.
