The "additional physical format" question is irrelevant, as they are not the
same works by any means whatsoever.  If you want perhaps you can make some
mention of a publication that contains electronic abstracts.  Sometimes we'll
add the URL for the abstracts, noting it as such.  We certainly wouldn't present
it as the electronic version of the work.  It's a bit misleading.
