Not to defend a title change, but this one at least makes sense.
Readers of Popular Electronics have been calling it Poptronics since
the sixties at least.  It was convenient, clear, and sensible, and
easily distinguished it from a number of other "electronics" titles
you saw on the newsstand, such as Radio-Electronics and others.

Steve Corssin and Richard Moritz are on to something here -the time
has come for a "Most Difficult-to-use New Electronic Journal
/Package/ Aggregator Service of the Year" award. And lack of
conciseness in the name of the award is perfectly appropriate.
