Subject: CONSER Editing Manual

I am trying to find out how many updates to the CONSER Editing Manual were
published in 1999.  The listing of updates posted on the CONSER web page
says there were supposed to be 2 issues; we only received one update, no.
10 (Fall 1999).  Someone at the CDS told me there was only one update
published in 1999, and I'm not which information is correct.

Did anyone who subscribes to this update service get a second update for 1999?
