issue for #5.

ENR: Engineering News-Record
I just got off the phone with their subscription office regarding the
vol. 245, no. 5 issue. Issue 4 was dated July 24/31 and issue 6 was
Aug. 7, 2000. Of course, they go by date and know nothing about
volume and issue numbers. I am assuming that since the dates follow
there was no issue 5. Before we change our records I thought I would
check to see if anyone did receive an issue 5.
