Hi all,

I just received an invoice from Faxon for Evolutionary Theory that covers
1998-2000 at $30 per year.  I called the service rep about it and she said
that the publisher invoices as it is published, but that they want annual
subscription payments.  But I noticed that the issues are highly
irregular. Only one issue was published in 1998 and two in 1999.  I have a
problem paying $30 for an issue one year and then paying the same for 2
issues in the next year.  If it is so irregular, payment should be based
on volume or issue, not year.  However, Faxon apparently has no
alternative payment plans for the title.  Their hands are tied by the
publisher.

I was curious to see what others felt about this title and the way it
looks like we are paying regular annual subscriptions for such an
irregular title.
