Dear Steve:

I've done a quick check of my records here and find that OUP took on CC in
1991, publishing three issues as volume 6.  Volume 7, 1992 published three
issues as well.  In 1993 CC appears to have changed to the numbers: 23-25,
abandoning the volume numbering.

We published the 1997 volume of CC as nos. 35-37.

I hope this helps.  I can't find anything at the moment here to confirm
that CC published 3 issues in each of its first 5 volumes.  Do let me know
if you'd like me to dig a little deeper into what files we still have.
