Subject: Serials Cancellation Formulas

I'm trying to find examples of formulas that have been used in Serials
Cancellation Projects.  I'm looking for factors like inflation rate per
discipline, number students (graduate & undergraduate) and number of
faculty.  Has anyone used a formula to calculate percentages for possible
cuts by discipline?
