Has anyone learned what is happening/what is supposed to be happening
with
the numbering/dating of _Traffic World_ issues?

We received vol. 263 #1 (July 3), then v. 263 #2 (July 10).
Next came vol. 264 #2 (July 17); I thought that was just an error, they
obviously added to their volume numbering by mistake--but now received
vol.
264 #4 (July 24).

Looking for veteran wisdom and advice on the tail end of "one of those"
days

For him that stealeth a Book from this Library, let it change into a
serpent
in his hand and rend him. Let him be struck with Palsy, and all his
Members
blasted. Let him languish in Pain crying aloud for Mercy and let there
be
no sur-cease to his agony till he sink in Dissolution. Let Bookworms
gnaw
his Entrails in token of the Worm that dieth not, and when at last he
goeth
to his final Punishment, let the flames of Hell consume him for ever and
aye.
