Concerning the discussion on the placement of notes on restricted use in
the 506 and 590...

One might also take a look at the 845 tag in the holdings format. If you
can use your holdings records to display notes in your OPAC, this field
is nice because it refers to a particular copy. I think it would be
especially helpful if you are using the option of attaching separate
holdings for multiple versions to a single bibliographic record.
