Hello,
        Over the past few days I've been searching OCLC for records for
electronic serials. I've noticed that records routinely contain 506s
(Restriction on Access Notes) specific to the cataloging institution.
Similarly the 538 often contains institution specific information such
as a
URL (with a local server name as part of the address). Just wonder if
anyone
else is noticing this problem. I'm not sure there's much to say about it
or
what can be done about it. Thanks,
