Our library has also been receiving it. I've been assuming it is another
freebie subscription from EBSCO, our former periodicals jobber. When they
learned last year that we were going to choose another jobber, they
showered us with several gift subscriptions to light-weight titles in an
attempt to woo us to change our minds. This may or may not be the true
explanation in this case, but it's the only one I can think of.
