At Lake Forest College  we use Faxon. In addition to paying our renewal
invoice,  I asked our sales rep. to give us a pro forma invoice for our
bill later items.   The prices given are the ones we paid the previous
year.  This off-sets getting such a large supplemental invoice later.
(This is the only portion we pre-pay.)
