We believe this to have been published by McMahon Pub. Co from
Georgetown,
CT but can find no other information.  (We can find no telephone listing
for
the publisher, no listing in Ulrich's, no entry in our statewide online
catalog.)  Does anyone out there own this title?  If so, please respond
