We are currently looking at ILS (Integrated Library Systems) and we very
concerned about the Serials module.

If at all possible, if you have recently writen a "Request for Proposal"
or
a "Request for Quote" for a ILS, could you please send us a copy?  And
if
you know of any pitfalls, could you please let us know of them?
