Please publish your results (in general terms) to the list since I, and,
I'm sure, others would be interested to know what they are.

Dear Serialists,
Who out there has a written service agreement (or contract) in place to
cover the services and terms of your main subscription account? Would
you care to share with the list--or directly with me (depending on your
sense of the sensitivity of the information): the elements that went
into the agreement; the motivation behind it; and the advantages of a
formal agreement, as you see them ?
Most libraries, I believe, simply accept the terms and conditions
"standardized" by the vendor. I am only interested in learning about
the more "customized" agreements that a few libraries have in place.
Please excuse if this issue has been recently dealt with on the list.
Until quite recently, I had this listserv set to nomail for a while.
Thanks much for any information!
