Good morning,

We are trying to develop a new student employee evaluation sheet.  We have
had problems with the categories we established earlier, but can't seem to
come up with a more efficient and accurate categories to compare with.

I wondered if anyone out there has developed a workable evaluation sheet
and would be willing to share it?
