I have a serial title that has dropped the full form of its name from
the chief source leaving only the initialism,  previously only included
in the $b other title information. The acronym does not stand for the
corporate body name. I've always had some confusion over whether this
constituted a true title change.  The full form still appears on the
spine of the item. Thanks for your help.
