wait, i do not understand. in the summary holdings statement you need to
supply start date and close date. these dates are reflected in the web
opac version, instead of the free text summary statement.

and another thing, what information do you get from your holdings report,
and is it useful. also is it from the canned report or the report writer.

When we retain a title for current year only or anything along that line,
we just enter "Current Year Only" in the summary of holdings. When the
holdings report runs, this will print.
