Subject: need help with citation (Int'l Urogynecology Journal)

Help!  I have quite a few references to a supplement to International
Urogynecology Journal and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.  The cites are "10
Suppl. S1-S914 Aug.1999"  (most of the cites deal with stress incontinence
and vaginal tape).  I've called the publisher, Springer, and they cannot
find a supplement with this date.  They say the supplements for v.10 came
out in January 2000 but they cannot give me any clue as to the subject of
the supplements.  I've checked Medline and the supplements do not appear
there.  I'm hoping someone out there subscribes to this journal and can give
me the correct citation so that I can order this issue.  Thanks.  Please
reply to me directly.
