Does anyone know if there is a unique cataloging record for this title (ISSN
0744-4206)?

All I can find in OCLC is the record for the General Surgery Edition, which
seems to have the same ISSN.

General Surgery Ed. Is currently publishing volume 77, while Ob-Gyn Ed. Is
currently publishing volume 19, I believe.
