        The New England Technical Services Spring 2000 Conference,
User-Oriented Technical Services: All Things to All People has reached
capacity registration!  We apologize to all of you interested people who
will not have to opportunity to attend the Conference.  If  your
registration did not reach Penny Schroeder in time your check will be
returned to you as soon as possible.
