Subject: Cataloging new series of a journal (New Left Review)...

Hi all,

Being fairly new to serials and not having done much serials cataloging,
what is the procedure for a journal that begins a new series.  The New Left
Review (ISSN 0028-6060) has begun a new series starting with number 1
(Jan/Feb 2000), but the title and ISSN are the same.  Does this mean I need
a new bib record for the New Left Review?
