                Not enough responses to this question. Impression: Most
libraries have machines that work. Service is offered for other reasons than
malfunctioning equipment.

        Charge: variety of responses from free to .10/pg to $6.00/article.
        Turnaround: immediately, same day, 24 hr, 48 hr.
