Subject: Ratings Performance 1999, Standard and Poor's

Good Morning!

We have recently received a publication entitled "Ratings Performance
1999" dated February 2000 and published by Standard and Poor's.  There
is no ISSN or ISBN number.  There is no indication that this title is
related to another S&P title.  I can't determine if it has ever been
published before.  Does anybody know anything about this?  If your
library has received this and decided to keep it, how have you handled
it?
