Help! - we are in the middle of a state supported change in the lighting
in
our building. Of course, we were never asked about our requirements.
As I
look at the changes, I don't think there will be enough light for
reading.
Can anyone quickly direct me to standards of lighting for libraries?

They have halted work while the situation is re-evaluated. I would like
to
have something definite to give them ASAP. Any suggestions gratefully
accepted.
