We received "Management Review" for many years through a membership
to the American Management Association, which included "other
publications" (briefings, monographs, etc.). When it came time for
renewal last year we were told the "other publications" would only be
available electronically, and when I looked into this, I discovered
that the internanet access was only available to individuals and not to
institutions. At that point, we decided to cancel our membership
because the only publication we really valued was "Management Review",
and we could get that seperately through our vendor. NOW, of course,
the March issue came with the notice that "Management Review" would
only available electronically and our print subscription will be
refunded. I checked the website just now and their policy is the same,
only individuals may access the website, not institutions or networks.
My question is: have others experienced this and how was it
handled? (Sorry for the length).
