We do not have the luxury of having to pay extra for the 'privilege' of
accessing journals electronically.  Our institution would rather use
those funds for purchasing new titles.

As to the print version, volume 62, nos. 1,2,3 are the only issues we
have.

HOWEVER the dates on the print issues are:

62(1)  November 15, 1999
62(2)  December 1, 1999
62(3)  December 15, 1999

Not 2000 as some of the messages indicate for the online version. We
have not received ANY issues with the 2000 date on them.
