Hello,
We subscribe to the J of Heat Transfer, and received with the August
1999
issue a special insert, "1999 JHT Heat Transfer Gallery."  This is a
poster-sized full-color set of photos and other illustrations relating
to
articles in the periodical. It's obviously worth keeping.  How do I
affix
this to the publication, or should I?  There are eight separate sets of
information and all are on page-sized sections; does it make sense to
cut
them and bind them in the volume, with a note in the record about them
being
there?

Any advice?
