Dear Colleagues,

The above named title is apparently published 3 time per year.   We have
just initiated a subscription to it and find that the predictive
elements
are very difficult to set on our system without seeing previous issues
and
the enumeration on them.

If there is a library that has subscribed to this journal  for a period
of
time, can I ask you to inform us regarding the following:
The issue we have is, I believe, vol. XDIII, no. 17 - or close to that.

Is the title really published 3 times per year?

How does the volume number increase - when does it change?  Does the
volume
change with the year, or does it continue across multiple years?

When did the volume number last increase?   Within the past year, or
long
ago?

The issue we have is, I believe, vol. XDIII, no. 17 - or close to
that.   If
there are 3 issues per year, it is clear that the numbering has been
increasing now for some period of time, and also that the volume number
may
not increment with each new year.    But as we have no back holdings, we
can
not verify either when the volume changes nor when the numbers restart
with
one.

We will appreciate hearing from any users who also subscribe to this
title.
