will bring together cataloging experts who are at the core of
deliberations and discussions about cataloging proposals that are
being considered at ALA. Martha Yee will discuss the proposal to change
the 0.24 rule and its implications for AACR2; Dorothy McGarry, will
report on the revision of ISBD(S) and other cataloging actvities at
IFLA, and Sara Shatford Layne will present the proposals on Seriality in
relation to AACR2. You will have a chance to get your ideas across in an
open discussion to be moderated by Sally Tseng of UC-Irvine.
