Depending upon what kind of journal it is (i.e., current awareness,
etc.)
the "Magazines for Libraries" by Katz is a good source.

Hi all,

We currently subscribe to a few Spanish journals for students wanting
practice with their Spanish language skills. These are primarily for
reading purposes so we keep only current issues and then toss them.
While
reviewing the costs of these titles, we discovered 1 that is around
$300.
Is there a resource I could use to try to find cheaper titles that would
serve the same purpose? If we could find a cheaper title, perhaps we
could
get some titles in other languages that we teach at Rockhurst but do not
have the reading support we do for Spanish.
