2. Do you own or lease your photocopiers?
3. If leased, from which company?
4. Who repairs your machines when they malfunction? Does someone on
your campus repair them?

you rate the response of the company to calls for maintenance?
Microfilm/fiche reader-printers
6. How many public use microfilm/fiche reader-printers do you have?
