I have received the vol. 8 issue 1 of 1999 of "Journal of decision
systems". Our subscription is to "Revue des syst�mes de d�cision", which
according to ISSN online is a multilingual periodical, with a parallel
title, "Journal of decision systems". But it seems that all the issues we
received until now were bearing the French title (and maybe the English one
but we didn't notice), and were mainly in French.
While it has the same ISSN as the previous issues, this issue n� 8 bears
only the English title, and is mainly in English. Does anybody know if it
is really only one publication with some issues with the French title and
some with the English one, or if there is another version of this issue 8
with the French title ?
