I am hoping that someone can positively confirm or deny whether there was
ever a v.19 no.2, 1996 of: Colonial waterbirds?  I received v.19 no.1 and
v.19, special publication 1, but never no.2, despite repeated claiming.
I thought, perhaps, the publisher decided to let the special publication
take no.2's place?  If anyone actually received v.19 no.2, I would love to
hear about it.
