Subject: Bell & Howell spinoff

Looks like the former UMI is about to become the former Bell & Howell
Information and Learning, according to an article in the online edition of
the Chicago Tribune. Bell & Howell is spinning it off into a separate
company (the article didn't mention the new company's name, but indicated
that it won't be Bell & Howell). B&H stock went up 16% on the news of the
announcement...
