Topic: "Unwrapping the serials package: The California State University
library system's JACC Project"

Description:  Explores JACC, a new model for purchasing electronic
journals for a core collection.  This innovative model asks vendors to
disassemble their standard journal packages and provide CSU with a
customized database of titles selected by the university.  Discussion will
highlight the RFP process, negotiations, and pricing issues from both a
librarian and vendor perspective.  Participants include Sharon Chadwick of
CSU Humboldt, Marc Langston of CSU Chico, and Kittie Henderson of Ebsco.
