I, too, have the same experience as Paris regarding the Dec. 2015 and Nov. 2016 issues, i.e. both require a log in.

For the most part, the issues seem to be openly accessible now. However, it appears that
some issues are still asking for a login (Dec 2015 and Nov 2016 for examples). Is anyone else experiencing this?

They have gone to open access per Cammy Bihl at the Association.
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. The digital issues are open to anyone. We made this decision to increase access in the spring as a result of the pandemic both as a service to the field and to fulfill our promises to advertisers
